Cut the veggies in little pieces. Wash & put them in a cooker with 1 cup of water.

Give it a whistle & cook for 10 minutes.Switch off the flame & let it cool down.

Heat butter in a pan & add chopped onions,cook till they become golden.

Add tomato puree & all the masalas,cook for 5 minutes.

Put this masala in the veggies & mash them with masher.cook till all water dissolves.

Serve hot with pav.
