Lemon and honey cream pudding

Take a bowl and add fresh cream.

And then add honey in cream.

Add sugar.

Put a pan on the gas. stir the cream till sugar is fully dissolved.

Stir until proper consistency is obtained.

Remove pan from the gas. And let it get cool at room temperature. And now add lemon zest to it.

Then mix it well. And transfer in short glasses.

Set in freezer for 4 hours.

It's ready to serve.
