  2. 5dried red chillies
  3. 1big onion sliced
  4. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut potato into finger-shaped slices. Waah them.

    In a kadhai add oil. Let it heat and add the sliced onions and dried red chilli

  3. 3

    Let the onion fry till golden brown. Remove in a plate.

  4. 4

    In the same oil,add potato slices. Fry till 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Now mash the fried onion and chilli and add to the potato. Add salt.

  6. 6

    Mix everything well. Let cook for 5-10 mins on medium flame.
