First, make zunaka. Wash the soaked Chana Daal and make paste in mixer. Heat 2 tsp oil add cumin seeds when splutters add cut onion saute for 2 minutes, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder salt mix well add daal paste mix well, cover and cook with a lid till it leaves the pan, stir in between, add coriander and take it down, stuffing is ready

Now take maida add Ajwain, salt, hot oil mix well add water little by little to make medium soft dough, rest it for 10 minutes, now make small balls and make round big Puri, cut rectangle shapes from the Puri, place stuffing over it, fold the side, stick the ends neatly to make roll.

Make all the wraps stuffed.

Heat oil on medium flame put the wraps in hot oil, deep fry on medium flame and then on slow flame, from both the sides neatly

Serve hot with sauce.
