Pakodi: Take a bowl and add all ingredients for pakodi mix well and add little water and make a batter as per pakodi consistency. Now keep a kadhai on medium flame add oil and deep fry pakodis and keep aside.

Kadhi: take a bowl add curd and besan and whisk well. In small katori take all dry spices and add little water and mix well. Keep a kadhai on medium flame add oil, mustard and jeera seeds let it cracker add chopped garlic, curry leaves and coriander leaves now add dry spices paste. Add mixture of curd and besan. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.

For serving take a bowl add kadhi and add pakodi and serve hot with hot rice. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
