Ingredients

  • 3bangan/ bringal
  • 5-6chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 3-4chopped green chilli
  • 100 gmgreen peas
  • To tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli powder
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute brinjal on gas stove and mash it.

  2. 2

    Take oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    And chopped onion and saute it.

  4. 4

    Add chopped tomato and green chilli and saute it.

  5. 5

    Add salt red chilli powder and turmeric powder and green peas

  6. 6

    Cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

  7. 7

    And mashed brinjal in it.
