Whisk curd

Add besan and water to curd and put it on flame to boil and let it cook on low flame for 15-20 mins

Now add boiled veggies, salt and turmeric to it

Put a small pan on flame and add oil Then add asafoetida, red chilli, cumin, coriander,fenugreek, and mustard and stir Add ginger and green chilli and saute and put this in kadi, stir and switch off the flame and cover the pan so that all masalas get mixed

Garnish it with mirchi tadka and enjoy with rice or phulka
