蒜头切薄片 Cut garlics into thin slices

爆香蒜头,江鱼仔 Fry garlic and anchovy

加入玛尼菜,翻炒至菜叶变软 Add sweet leaf, stir-fry till the leaves soften

加入鸡蛋,翻炒 Add eggs, stir-fry

加入1汤匙酱清,盖锅闷煮约2分钟 Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, simmer with lid for ~2mins

备注: 玛尼菜必须煮全熟 *Note: Sweet leaf must be fully cooked
