
Mashed Potatoes for 2

Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and wash them clean

Place in a sufuria. Add salt, paprika and water and bring them to a boil until they're soft enough.

Drain any excess water and add milk, blueband, and chopped onions then let it boil for not more than a minute.

Remove from the fire, mash using either a masher or a wooden cooking stick to your desired fineness.

Add the grated carrots and chopped coriander and mix well using a wooden cooking stick.

I prefer to let mine cool a little bit before serving with either greens or beef.
