Ingredients

  1. 2medium - Tomatoes
  2. 8 pcs- Tart shells
  3. 3-4 cubes- cheese
  4. 1 cuppre cooked - Rajma
  5. 2 tbspcooked - Rice
  6. 1 tbsp- Butter
  7. 1 tbsp- Breadcrumbs
  8. 1/2 tsp- pepper powder
  9. as requiredOil to fry
  10. as requiredto garnish coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a non stick pan take half of precooked rajma. Cook and mash rajmas till gravy thickens

    Add Rice. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add pepper powder and breadcrumbs. Mix it and let it cool.

  4. 4

    Now take little portion and put cheese and roll it and make lemon size balls.

  5. 5

    Fry till golden brown.
    Keep aside.

  6. 6

    Now cut tomatoes into halves.

  7. 7

    In a non stick pan take butter and cook tomatoes for 2 -3 mins or little tender

  8. 8

    Take out.
    Now arrange tarts in baking tray and put tomatoes.

  9. 9

    Fill with 1/2 of rajma gravy and put rajma balls over it.

  10. 10

    Sprinkle grated cheese. Bake it for 5 mins in preheated oven

    Garnish it on coriander leaves.
