Okra/lady's finger a stir fry recipe in karnataka style..
Steps

Wash, clean the okras, wipe and pat dry them.(remove the head and the tail and chopped by 1inch.

Heat a wok, add 2tsp oil and add the chopped okras to it and saute till becomes soft and remove it in a plate.

In the same wok, add oil, mustard seeds, let it splutter, cumin, asafoetida, green chillies, chana dal, urad dal,curry leaves, byedgi chilli and saute till dal becomes light brown

Add the sauteed bhindi, stir add salt cook for 1-2mins more. Switch off the flame,add lime juice and grated coconut.mix well

Okra/bhindi is ready to serve wdh phulka,or as a side dish to any meal.
