Ingredients

  1. 4 cupswheat flour
  2. 12baby potatoes
  3. 1 packetMaggie masala
  4. FewGreen chillies
  5. 1Onion
  6. as requiredcoriander leaves
  7. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  8. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil potatoes in pressure cooker..

    Knead soft roti Dough for soft paratha

  3. 3

    Peel off potatoes peel properly.

    Chop onion, coriander and green chillies into small pieces

  5. 5

    Smash potatoes and mix all the ingredients. Maggie masala, onion, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder properly..(make sure you add Maggie masala half-packet or as per your taste).

    Put this stuffing in the chapati and make paratha.

    Enjoy with tomato sauce or curd!! I made it today and turned out really yummy!!
