In a pot add in your diced tomatoes, peppers tomato paste and scotch bonnet and allow to boil for 10mins

In a sauce pan add in palm oil and onions and fry

Add in the fish and fry for 3mins, then add in the boiled peppers mix

Add in the seasonings,garlic and ginger, salt and dadawa and allow it for 5mins

Then finall add in the scallions and stimmer for 2 mins
