Add rai, hing, sukhi lal mirch.

Then add tomato puree.

Cut all the vegetables.

And fry it in more oil in other vessel.

Add masala to tomato puree.

Add ginger and mirch paste to tomato paste

Add gud, til and imli water.

Add all the fried vegetables to the puree.

Add salt as per taste.

Cover the vessel for 10 to 15 mins and let it cook.

Serve it with puri.
