Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 (14 ounce)package Hillshire Farm(R) Smoked Sausage, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 cuponion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cupsred and green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoondried oregano
  • 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, turning occasionally.

  2. 2

    Add olive oil, onion, peppers and oregano, cooking until tender, about 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese.
