Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot heat some oil add chop onions and treated red bell pepper and Scott bonnet fry and add in water then spices and seasonings to your taste and bring to boil

  2. 2

    When it boils add in the per boil rice and stir well. Cover till all cooked

  3. 3

    Served hot and garnish with spring onions
