Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  • 2eggs
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsphaldi/ Turmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspsooji
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • as neededOil for sauting

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. And keep aside for 15 minutes

    Take a laddlefull of batter and spread on the pan. Carefully saute both sides

    Serve with green chutney or any sauce.
