  • 1/2 litrefull cream milk
  • 1 tablespooncottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoonghee

Steps

    Boil milk, stir occasionally, scrap the sides reduce it to half
