Palak Paneer
Steps

Take a pan and 1 cup of water to it. Let it boil.

Once it starts boiling add onion to it and let it boil for 2 mins.

Add palak to it and boil it for 2 mins again.

Now strain out the onion and palak from the boiled water and let it cool.

Don't throw the water keep it as it will be used further in the recipe.

As it cools down add ginger garlic paste and green chilli to it and grind it together to form a paste.

Now take a pan and heat oil/butter to it.

Add cumin seeds to it.

Now add the palak puree to it and cook it for about 3-4 minutes.

You can use a slight amount of water(in which palak was boiled) while cooking the gravy.

Add salt and spices to give it a nice flavor.

Mix it all together nicely. Cook it for some time until the masala separates oil from it.

Add water to give it a slight thin form.

Bring it to a boil and add paneer cubes to it.

Cook it for 2 minutes.

You can add fresh cream in it to change the colour. (Optional)

Turn off the gas and serve it hot.
