Dahi Bhindi Okra in Curd

Take okra cut from both the side and deep fry it. Keep a side

Take a pin on medium flame add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida. As cumin get crackled add chopped onions. Saute it till light golden.

Now add chopped tomatoes and green chillies ginger garlic paste. Mix it all well and saute it till tomatoes get soft and start releasing oil.

Now add red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala.
Saute all masala till it get cooked and oil released. Add salt. - 5
Mix the curd in masala and get it cooked. It is curd so little water let released let it boil get thicker with masala. Now add fried okra (ladyfingers)

Saute it for 5 more min and serve with masala Khichadi, roti parathas, Naan.
