Ingredients

  • 3 cupsfull fat milk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
  • as required almonds and Pistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat milk in a pan on a medium flame till it comes to boil.

  2. 2

    Simmer and cook for 20 minutes while stirring and scraping the sides of the pan continously.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add cardamom powder, Almonds and Pistachios.

Hello dear
your recipe is awesome but I want to ask you one thing.If we’ll add sugar then simmer for 15 minutes,then the mixture wouldn’t stick to the bottom of the vessel ?
