Heat oil in a work. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. And cook for 1 limit. Now add red chilli, curry leaves and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add chopped tomato and let it cool for 5 minutes by covering.

Now add all dry spices and salt and mix it well cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add jaggery and mix well cook for 2 to 3 minutes. (You can adjust the jaggery according to your taste.)

Tangy and sweet chutney is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
