Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • Ice berg 1 medium size
  • Tomatoe 1 medium
  • Cucumber 1 medium
  • Onion 1 large
  • Carrot 1 medium
  • Capsicum 1 small
  • Cottage cheese 1/4 cup hi
  • 4 tbspVinegar
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 tbspOil olive
  • 6-8Black olives
  • 2 tbspCashew nuts

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Roughly chop chunks of ice berg by hands

  2. 2

    Cut all the rest of the vegetables in round shape

  3. 3

    In a bowl add ice berg, cheese and all the vegetables

  4. 4

    Add salt, vinegar and oil olive

  5. 5

    Toss it well then add black olives and cashew nut and serve
