Take a mixing bowl and add rava, curd and water to it. Mix it well to form a slightly runny batter.

Put a tadka pan on the flame in it add oil. Once heated, add rai/sunflower seeds to the oil and cook till rai splutter. Add this tempering to the idli batter and mix really well.

Prepare the idli maker and grease the plates before pouring idli batter in them. Just before pouring batter add Eno powder to the batter and mix quickly and then pour it in the idli maker. Mele sure that you add eno right before pouring in the idli maker, your idli will come soft and spunji.
