Ingredients

10 minutes
8-9 pieces
  • 250 gramssnapper cutlets
  • Turmeric paste:
  • 4 cmfresh and peeled turmeric
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  • 4cmnof fresh peeled ginger
  • 3garlics
  • Some salt
  • Some pepper
  • Chicken powder
  • Other:
  • Oil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Make the paste using a blender or traditional mortar and pestle until creamy.

  2. 2

    Then put the paste on the fish until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Put in the fridge to marinate about 2 hours.

  4. 4

    After 2 hours. Fry the fish until cooked and golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve.
