Steps

Mix all the ingredients for making dough in a mixing bowl and make a soft dough by adding water slowly and knead with your hands thoroughly. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Peel boiled potato, chop onion, green chilli in a mixing bowl. Add grated ginger and chopped coriander leaves. Mix all the dry masala ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Take a small portion of dough and make a ball of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin. Place a portion of filling on it and then fold it from all sides to the centre.

Roll again. Now heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it and roast on medium flame. Flip the side. Roast from other side also.

Apply cooking oil on both sides and fry till golden brown colour.

Likewise make all the parathas. Slit in the centre.

Serve hot with butter or curd.
