In a bowl add all the ingredients mentioned in a dough portion and make a soft dough and keep a side

Boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped coriander and green chilli

In a pan add oil and add all the above spice except potatoes and mix it. Roast gram flour by stirring occasionally

When all the spices mix properly add potatoes and mix it.. combined all the mixture and keep a side.

Now make very small balls from a dough and a aloo mixture

Roll a ball in a oval shape.. cut three slit in between (beware not to cut in edges)

Place stuffing ball and seal the edges.. turn the side like a twist toffee

Make all like this

Heat oil and deep fry it... fry on low to medium heat.. remove on a tissue paper

Serve with sauce and chutney
