Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cup+ 1/2tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup(lukewarm) water
  • 3 tbsppowded milk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tbsp+ 1tsp active yeast
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 tbspVanilla flavor

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all your dry ingredients together, then mix all the weight ingredients together mix weight and dry together.(u can mix yeast and lukewarm water) and (eggs with vanillah flavor). Mix all ingredients together.

    Then u shall start kneading the dough keep kneading it untill it come smoothly.

  3. 3

    Then u should start molding the dough, each one 85g on parchment paper.

    Allow it to rise, don't leave it to do over rising.

  5. 5

    Then put vegetables oil on fire(the oil most be a lot) and allow it to be hot, then start putting the dough inside the oil frying it in medium heat until get Golden brown.
