Steps

Take mawa in a wok and stir till grainy and brown. Cool it little and add in a bowl.

Add desiccated coconut, powdered sugar and other ingredients and mix well.

Take flour and ghee in a bowl and make a dough with water, rest aside for 20-25 minutes.

Make small balls with the dough and roll out small pooris.
- 5
Using a gujiya maker, make the gujiya with the filling and seal with water.
- 6
Similarly, make all gujiya and keep them on a plate.
- 7
Deep fry the gujiya on low flame till brown.
- 8
Drain on an absorbent paper and store in container when cool.
