Ingredients

  • 3ripe bananas
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1tbsn baking powder
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ripe bananas and oil,add sugar,eggs and vanilla essence mix well

  2. 2

    Add flour and baking alternating with milk till the dough is fine

  3. 3

    Pour in a dusted baking tin then bake till skewer comes out clean
