Skillet potatoes

Skillet potatoes are good for breakfast, easy to prepare and you can go for a few more hours before thinking about the 10 o’clock snack 🥰
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Boil the (peeled and cut) potatoes with turmeric and salt for 10-15 minutes. Use a fork to confirm if they are ready
- 2
Using a pan, add the butter and a little oil. When it’s hot enough, add crushed garlic and all the herbs that you have.
- 3
Stir with a wooden spatula until they brown.
- 4
Add the precooked potatoes and toss as many times as possible 🙂 8-10 minutes
- 5
When they are evenly coated with the herbs, at this point they will be crunchy, just a little. Continue tossing until you get the texture you want. I put mine in the oven because I love crunchy potatoes. Spread evenly on the baking tray lined with foil. Bake for 10minutes on the top most rack at 200 degrees
- 6
Sprinkle persley or dhania once they are ready. Serve and enjoy.
- 7
Note: Baking in the oven is optional. Enjoy your skillet potatoes with a cup of hot chocolate/coffee and an egg

Sautéed Potatoes with Rosemary Sautéed Potatoes with Rosemary
I really liked the rosemary potatoes I had for lunch one day at a hotel. Recalling the flavors of that dish, I tried recreating it with a skillet. The rosemary and garlic aromas go so well with the potatoes, so be careful to retain their fragrance without overheating during Step 3. Loaded Potatoes (on left) Loaded Potatoes (on left)
Super easy BBQ potatoes that you can flavour however you likeThe ingredients seem long, but just use whatever you have in the fridge/cupboard. Taste as your making it… if it tastes good in the pan, it’ll taste good on the plate!Basically you bake potatoes, then scoop out the inside and replace it with super flavourful mashed potatoes. Top with colourful items, and broil it for crispy golden finish.I make them different ingredients every time but follow the same general steps. Run about 10k before eating. Quayce Thomas -

Crispy Smashed herbed potatoes Crispy Smashed herbed potatoes
Super easy! Microwaving the potatoes instead of boiling them reduces time and also the chances of the potatoes becoming too wet before they roast. Throw in whatever herbs you fancy and baked till crispy! We love the slightly charred crispy bits. Smashing the potatoes creates even more crispy bits!!Served with baked salmon and roasted asparagus 🤤🤤 Gem -

Everyone has a different recipe for this! My advice is that you should adjust the taste to your preference. You can add more spice to have a stronger taste. Experiment in smaller batches first until you find a blend that you really like. This is our family's recipe. Angela Mertoyono
