Peel and cut all vegetables

In a pan add oil add whole red chillies and cumin in it add onion and cook at least 4 min and also add ginger garlic paste and tandori masala in it and bonify.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 6 to 8 min

Add potato and coliflower and 1/4 cup water and cook it at least 10 min then add capsicum and green chillies

Add corriender leaves and cover the lid & cook it for 3 min.

Your tandori aalu gobhi is ready to serve.
