Wash and clean the mince properly and squeeze it. Now add gram flour, egg, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, onion, and all spices and mix it well.

Now apply water or oil on palm and make kofta balls from mixture. Then heat the oil and fry these balls until brown.

In a separate pot heat the oil and add onions. Cook until light brown and add tomatoes, green chilies, ginger garlic paste. Cook for 4_5 mints. Then grind this onion masala with yogurt.

Now add all spices in this grinded masala and fry nicely for 6_7 minutes. After that add prepared kofts, cook for a minute, then add water and let it cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.

Kofta curry is ready to serve.
