Rava or Semolina Dhokla are steamed soft and spongy cakes. These are made in a steamer, pressure cooker or microwave. Normally curd is added to semolina but here it is made with buttermilk and lemon juice and the taste is no different from curd based dhokla. This is a healthy snack and can be relished in breakfast,mid-day cravings or evening snack. It goes best with sweet tamarind chutney or a dip of mint and coriander.
