In a large mixing bowl, mix together both flour,salt,sugar and Eno mix it well.

Next Now add oil.

Mix all of these until the oil incorporate well into the flour.

Pour normal water slowly slowly and being to mix form a dough.

Knead the dough very well untill soft. when you press down the dough,it should dent meaning it so soft.

Now you can cover and rest the dough for 2 to 4 hours(if it's summer, if you want in winters so u need 10 to 12 hours) in a warm place.. best place put bhature bowl in microwave fully cover..

Smoothen the balls to make them crack free. Grease your rolling surface well and place a dough ball.

Now roll the bhatura to a oval or round shape whatever u want.

It's ready to fry see bhatura is ready to serve...enjoy
