In a sauce pan boil the milk..stir it continously and scratch the edges with the spatula

The milk has reduce half now add cardamon and sugar.. Stir it until it become thick milk

You can see the milk colour changes and it become thick now add the chopped dry fruits and switch off the flame.. Ready to serve
