In a bowl put rice flour as required water mix it properly without any lumps make a flowing consistency batter now cover and rest for formations (6 hours)

In a small bowl put onion, schezwan sauce some st mix it well keep it aside.

Heat the thick bottomed nonstick pan sprinkle some oil and some little water then spread batter unforamaly and later through some onion mixture.

Now you can enjoy with sambhar or coconut chutney.
