Steps

Take a heavy bottom pan and add milk to it.

Bring the milk to a boil.

Soak saffron in 1/4 cup of milk and keep aside.

Lower the heat to medium low and keep stirring and scraping the sides of the pan after 10 to 12 minute

Look the milk for 1 hr.till it reduces the quarter.

Add sugar, saffron milk and cooked for another 3 to 4 minute

And serve.
