This recipe reminded me of those golden days when I saw my grandmother used to make various spicy pickles for us and we siblings used to steal from the terrace.
From childhood , ' Chutney ' is one of my favourite foodstuff ..It is an inevitable part of my everyday meal.

This recipe reminded me of those golden days when I saw my grandmother used to make various spicy pickles for us and we siblings used to steal from the terrace.
From childhood , ' Chutney ' is one of my favourite foodstuff ..It is an inevitable part of my everyday meal.
Steps

Cut the mango into proper slices and boil it for some minutes.
Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt and mix it properly.
Add some oil into pan then add 2 pieces of dry red chilies and add panchforon (5 spices as mentioned above). - 2
Put the mangoes into the pan and cook it for some time.
Add a pinch of salt and sugar as required (I used 1/2 cup of sugar).
Add Bhaja Masala or chat Masala before serving (this is not mandatory).
Serve and enjoy
