Falahari aloo
Steps

Peel off potatoes and cut into small pieces.

Heat ghee in a kadai, add cumin seeds.Lets it crackle,add ginger.

Add boiled potatoes, mix well. Cook it on high flame for one minute. Turn the flame low, cook it for 5 minutes.Add cumin powder.

Add red chilli powder,salt. Mix well. Turn off the flame. Falahari aloo is ready to serve.
