For milk--
Take a heavy bottom pan and add 250 ml milk to it. - 2
Bring the milk to a boil and add 1 tbsp Milk powder, 1/4 cup condensed milk and keep stirring on medium flame.

Keep stirring on medium flame.
After 5 minutes 1/4 tsp cardamom powder in milk and cook for another 5 minutes. - 4
Switch off the gas.

For paneer balls--

Take a paneer and maida,mash the paneer till it's smooth, it takes approx 7 minutes.

Now make small balls.

Put 1/4 cup sugar and 4 cups water in a wide pan and wait till it comes to a full boil.

Put the balls in boiling sugar syrup and cook for 15-20 minutes.

The balls will double in size by then.

Take out the balls from the syrup and transfer them in rabdi. (Milk should be lukewarm).

Keep aside. After 1 hour paneer balls absorbed the milk now keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

For Chocolate rabdi--

Take a heavy bottom pan and add 250 ml milk to it.

Bring the milk to a boil and 2 tbsp Milk powder, 1/4 cup condensed milk and keep stirring on medium flame.

After 5 minutes add 1/4 Cup White Chocolate in milk and cook for another 5 minutes.

When it cool down add orange pulp in it.

Chocolate rabadi is ready. Keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

How to Serve--
Take a bowl. pour the chocolate rabdi in it - 20
Put paneer ball in it.Garnish with chopped and soaked almonds.
