  • 2 cupbesan
  • 2 cuppowder sugur
  • 1/2ghee
  • 1 tspsafeed elachi powder
  • 25 grampita
  • 25 grambadam

  1. 1

    Sub sy pehle pen main 1/2 cup ghee sy 2 tbsp ghee side kar ke baki ghee pen main dal dein flame slow rakhein

  2. 2

    Aub besan add krein aur 20 min tak slow flame par besan bhon lein chamcha chalate rahein

  3. 3

    20 min ke baad baki ke 2 tbsp ghee dal kar 10 min mazeed bhon lein khayal rahe flem slow hi ho

  4. 4

    Jab bhonte hoe 30 min ho jain tu 1 tbsp pani ka cherak dein mix krein aur jaldi sy flem off kar dein

  5. 5

    Aub bhona hoa besan ke dish main nekal kar room temperature par thanda kar lein

  6. 6

    Jab besan thanda ho jaye tu elachi powder, pista, badam kot kar add kar dein sath hi powder sugur bhi add krein aur hath sy ache sy mix kar lein

  7. 7

    Sub mix krne ke baad 15 min ke liye fridge main rakh dein

  8. 8

    Phir fridge sy nikal kar us ke laddu bana lein aur piste sy garnishing kar dein yummy besan ke laddu ready hain kesi bhi jar main bhar kar 1 month tak khaye ja sakte hain
