Daliya dalrice khichdi

In a cooked add washed soaked dal and daliya with salt and haldi cook it for 8 whistles.

Cook rice separately. Then in a bottom vessel add oil and ghee together as it heats add rai, jeera, curry leaves saute them for 1 min. Then add onion cook them on medium flame till it turns pink in colour. Then add veggies cook them for 2 mins.

Then add tomato cook till it becomes soft then add ginger garlic paste and all above spices. Cook all them together for 2 mins.

Add boiled daliya add dal into the mixture stir it for 2 mins.

Then add rice to the mixture and mix them together. Then add water as required for consistency.

If required add salt, then add raw mango, coriander leaves mix them cook it for 2 min then turn off the gas. Garnish it with coriander leaves, onion and grated panner serve it with buttermilk(chas)
