Blender jar mein moong daal or pani dal dein or achi tarha grind kar leyen phir bowl mein moong ki dal paste,pyaaz,namak,lal mirch powder,baking soda,zeera powder,aur hara dhania dal kar achi tarha mix kar lein or side par rakh dein

Phir karhai mein oil garam karein phir tiyar batter kay small portions dal kar fry kar lein light golden

Phir karhai mein oil garam karein usmai or usmai pyaaz ka paste dal kar 2-3minute kay mix karein phir usmai adrak lehsan ka paste dal kar achi tarha mix kar lein

Phir usmai tamatar ka paste dal kar achi tarha mix karein aur dhakan dhak kar halki anch par 4-5 kay liye paka lein namak,haldee powder,lal mirch powder,garam masalah powder,dhania powder,kali mirch powder dal kar 2 minute kay liye paka lein

Phir dahi dal kar mix karein or dhakan dhak kar oil alag honey tak pakayen ab teli hoi badiyan shamil karein aur mix karlein

Pani dal kar achi tarha mix karein or phir hara dhania dal kar halki anch par oil alag honey tak paka lein
