Measure all ingredients

In a bowl add sugar to the oil, followed by sieved flour gradually.

Add the cocoa, followed by hot coffee,as illustrated above.

Then pour batter on cup cake tray and place in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 170 degrees.

Cool the cakes for 30 minutes as they are two batches,then place in a zip lock bag for freshness and store in the fridge.
