First head oil in a Kadai then splutter mustard seeds and hing and switch off the flame. Now add the grated turmeric salt and mix when the oil is hot, do not keep the flame on. Now transfer to a bowl and add lemon juice of 3 lemons. Store in fridge for 15 days. Serve with curd rice.
