Ingredients

  1. 3 tbsSemolina
  2. 3 cupmilk
  3. halftsp cardamom powder
  4. 2 tbsDry fruit mix powder
  5. 4 tbsor to taste brown sugar or raw sugar
  6. 2 tbscondensed milk
  7. 1/2 tspDesi ghee (Pure clarified butter) ½ tsp
  8. Pistachio for farnishing

Cooking Instructions

    In pot,add semolina and roast until fragrant.

    Gradually add milk and mix well until well combined.

  3. 3

    Add cardamom powder and mix well. -Add pure clarified butter,dry fruit mix powder and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add brown sugar or raw sugar and condensed milk mix well. -Cover and cook until desired consistency.

  5. 5

    Place semolina kheer in bowl and garnish with nuts...serve chilled
