Ingredients

  • 2boiled sweet potatoes
  • 2eggs
  • 1tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1/4carrot
  • 1 tsptumeric
  • 1green chill

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes,set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare all the ingredients for the omelette,beat the eggs,add in the prepared vegetables.mix together

    In a pan,add little oil,pour the mixture on the pan, let it cook,one side,flip over the other side,let it cook, when is ready, serve.

  4. 4

    Serve on a plate with the sweet potatoes, with a cup of preferred tea,mine l served with ginger tea.
