Ingredients

  • 1 cupsooji (rawa)
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • As neededDried fruits
  • 2 tbspgratted( mawa)
  • Pinchchoti elachi (cardamom)powder
  • as neededMilk
  • as neededsaffron strands
  • 4 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add ghee. Then add the suji. Fry it till the raw smells goes out. Then add the sugar and fry it till it melts.

  2. 2

    Now add the gratted khoya and dry fruits(kaju and kismis) and green cardimaom powder. Fry it. Then add the milk (add few kesar in the milk). Let it cook.
