Steps
- 1
In a blender, add the chopped mangoes. At this step, you can also add sugar or honey.
- 2
Blend it till smooth.
- 3
Now take cream in a bowl. You can use a electric beater or whip manually with a wired whisk. I have used an wired whisk.
- 4
Whisk it till cream is soft and fluffy. Make sure you don't over whip or over beat the cream.
- 5
Add the mango puree to the beaten cream.
- 6
Mix it well.
- 7
Serve mango mousse in glasses. And cover it and keep it for chill the mousse in the refrigerator for some 20-30 minutes.
- 8
Garnish it with grated chocolate or chopped dry fruits (optional).I didn't do it.
- 9
Now it's absolutely ready to serve it and enjoy the delicious mango mousse.
- 10
Note: In this summer I preferred mango mousse but with this same receipe instead of mangoes, the mousse can also be made with bananas or strawberries.
